- If you would like to shorten your stay, please notify our reception at least 3 days in advance in order to get your refund.

- If you wish to cancel the booking that you made on our website, please notify us 7 days before the arrival date in order to receive full refund. However, the guest will be responsible for the PayPal fee which is about 5% of a total price.

- The use of drug is strictly prohibited. Drug users will be reported to police immediately.
|
- Observe QUIET HOURS from 10.00 pm - 7.00 am. Walk and speak quietly.
|
- We provide each guest earplugs, a bottle of water and a towel (for drying your body ONLY, no any other cleaning purposes).
|
- Key card deposit of THB500 will be collected upon arrival and will be returned when you check-out
|
- Housekeeping service is available from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm only.

- Please clean your own dishes and glasses. After breakfast, please place your dishes in the kitchen sink.

- One Locker/person is provided. Please lock it carefully, we decline responsibility for any losses or damages.

- Visitors are not allowed inside the residence area.
|
- Pets are not allowed inside the hostel.
|
- Please turn off all lights and air condition when you leave the room.
|
- Breakfast is included for anyone who booked directly with us. It will be served from 7.00 am until 10.00 am.
